Changes to MLG V4 Settings

The changes are listed below:

MLG Onslaught v4.2
Mauler moved from top middle spawn to bottom middle spawn.
Plasma grenades found at top A and B were swapped with the frag grenades at bottom A and B.
Carbines found at each base have been removed.
Carbine added to top A and Top B.
Corner fence walls have been removed.

MLG The Pit v4.1
Snipers moved back to their default spawn.
